Not at all. While we're rooted in Catholic tradition and meet at St. Patrick Parish, our gatherings are open to anyone seeking support, regardless of faith background. We welcome people of all beliefs or no particular belief.
That's completely okay. Many people start by sending an email or making a phone call. You can also just come to a gathering and listen—there's never any pressure to share. Healing happens at your own pace, and we're here to support you however we can.
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring a friend, family member, or support person. Sometimes having someone familiar nearby can make it easier to take that first step. Just let us know how many people to expect when you RSVP.
